CM Yogi Adityanath signs Memorandum of Understanding Agreement in Japan

New Delhi. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the delegation of Minda Corporation. This delegation included Executive Director Akash Minda and its Japanese joint venture partners. In an ex post, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that he met the delegation of Minda Corporation (Spark Minda Group) and its Japanese joint venture partners in Tokyo. This included Akash Minda, Executive Director of Minda Corporation and Hiroaki Omori, Managing Director and CFO of Spark Minda Toyo Denso Pvt. Ltd. An MoU was signed to further strengthen the advanced auto component manufacturing ecosystem of Uttar Pradesh.

The delegation has been assured of full support from the Government of Uttar Pradesh in terms of ease of access, land and infrastructure support, further cementing our commitment to industrial growth, technology partnerships and employment generation. On Wednesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Japan on a two-day official visit. During his visit to Japan on February 25-26, the CM is expected to take part in important meetings and talks aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation and exploring investment opportunities for the state. Earlier, CM Yogi Adityanath had also called Mitsui & Company to explore transformative investment opportunities in Uttar Pradesh. Had a great and forward-thinking meeting with Mr. Kazuki Shimizu, Managing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Mitsui & Co.’s Infrastructure Projects Business Unit in Tokyo, and senior members of his team. Mitsui & Co. to explore transformational investment opportunities in Uttar Pradesh in renewable energy, ICT, semiconductors and data centers that align with the state’s rapid industrial expansion. u
