CM Yogi Adityanath will celebrate Diwali with forest dwellers, will gift gifts for development works

Here CM Yogi is going to celebrate Diwali with the forest residents on Thursday. Development works worth Rs 185 crore will be gifted to 74 gram panchayats of the district. Vantangiya village, which suffered the brunt of neglect for nearly 120 years, is considered very special. The reason for this is that since 2017, CM Yogi has been celebrating Deepotsav in this village.
Celebrating Diwali as MP since 2009
Yogi Adityanath has been celebrating Diwali here as an MP since 2009. Even after becoming CM, he has not allowed any interruption in the tradition started by him. As CM, he will share the happiness of Diwali with the Vantangis for the eighth consecutive time on Thursday.
It is noteworthy that with the arrival of Yogi, the plight of the one-legged people changed into prosperity. As an MP, he fought for Vantangiya rights in the Lok Sabha and got the right to retain his seat in 2010. When he became CM in 2017, he gave the status of revenue village to Vantangiya villages and made them entitled to all the facilities provided by the government.

The CM has covered Vantangiya villages with all the schemes of public interest to the people living here with resources like housing, roads, electricity, water, schools etc. The administration has completed all preparations for the arrival of CM in Vantangiya village by Wednesday. The people of the village are ready to welcome with enthusiasm.
Along with celebrating Vantangiya Deepotsav at number three in Jungle Tikonia on Thursday, CM Yogi will also give a Diwali gift of development works worth Rs 185 crore to 74 gram panchayats of the district. Along with this, CM Yogi is going to inaugurate drinking water projects provided by State Jal Nigam (Rural) in 42 villages including Jungle Tikonia number three at a cost of Rs 150.35 crore.
