Meerut: Amidst the recent controversy related to Jyotishpeeth Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati in Prayagraj Magh Mela, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given a clear and strict message on religion, nation and Sanatan. Without naming anyone, he said that in the present times, efforts are being made to weaken Sanatan Dharma under the guise of religion, the society needs to be alert from such people.

CM Yogi described these elements as ‘Kalanemi’ and said that these people look religious from outside, but from inside they are working on anti-religious agenda. Yogi Adityanath said that for a Yogi, Saint or Sanyasi, nothing is greater than religion and nation. He clearly said that a Sanyasi has no personal property, his real property is religion and the nation is his self-respect. He also said that a person who behaves against religion, in whatever form, cannot be considered a representative of Sanatan tradition.
There will be many such blacksmiths who, under the guise of religion, will be conspiring to weaken Sanatan Dharma.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed his views in detail on Sanatan Dharma, social harmony and cultural heritage of India. A large number of saints and devotees were present in the program. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said in his address that today the country has been completely freed from the shackles of slavery and the Sanatan flag is flying grandly in Ayodhya. He described it as a symbol of the renaissance of India’s cultural consciousness.

Referring to Kashi Vishwanath Dham, the Chief Minister said that there was a time when not even ten people could have darshan there, whereas today one and a half to two lakh devotees are having darshan of the Lord every day. He said that this change is the result of strengthening of Sanatan culture. Similarly, a wonderful example of social harmony is being seen in Prayagraj, where the respect of the devotees has increased due to the glory of the saints. Yogi Adityanath said that India’s interest lies in Sanatan Dharma only. If Sanatan Dharma becomes stronger, the path for world welfare will be paved and India will also become more powerful. He said that whether it is religious or political leadership, the responsibility of the country should go to such people who can take India back to the heights where it was two thousand years ago.
Referring to the tradition of Nath Panth, the Chief Minister said that Nath Panth is one of the oldest worship methods in the heritage of Sanatan Dharma, which gave new inspiration to the society to live life. This is the reason that in Greater India, symbols of Nath Sannyasis can be seen from North to South and from East to West. During his address, the Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, today the country is seeing the realization of the spirit of “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat”.
