CM Yogi said on the second anniversary of Shri Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha – ‘Nothing is above Sanatan Dharma’

Ayodhya, 31 December. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath praised the construction of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya city after 500 years of tireless struggle. In the ‘Pran Pratishtha Dwadashi’ program here on Wednesday on the second anniversary of Shri Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha, CM Yogi emphasized on three important dates – 5 August 2020, 22 January 2024 and 25 November 2025.

CM Yogi said that August 5, 2020 was an important and historic date as Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation of a grand temple on that day in the city. He also recalled January 22, 2024, when PM Modi again came to Ayodhya for the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla’s idol. He also recalled PM Modi’s third visit to Ayodhya on November 25 to hoist the saffron flag over the Shri Ram temple.

Chief Minister Yogi said that no one is above Sanatan Dharma and PM Modi gave the same message during this program on 25 November. He also slammed the previous government for neglecting the city. He said, ‘No one is above Sanatan Dharma. The previous government may have tried to weaken Ayodhya, but how can they harm a place which is protected by Lord Hanuman.

CM Yogi and Rajnath Singh participated in the program

CM Yogi visited Ayodhya along with Defense Minister Rajnath Singh to celebrate the second anniversary of Pran Pratistha. He participated in the program as the chief ‘Yajman’ and hoisted the flag over the Annapurna temple during the ‘Pran Pratistha Dwadashi’ program at the Ram temple.

The rituals of Pran Pratistha Dwadashi will continue till Friday.

Before reaching the temple, both the leaders visited the Hanumangarhi temple, a major place of worship in the holy city. The rituals of Pran Pratistha Dwadashi began earlier this week and are scheduled to continue till Friday. Religious ceremonies at Shri Ram Temple began on Saturday as part of the ongoing events.

It is noteworthy that on January 22, 2024, the idol of Ram Lala was consecrated in Shri Ram Temple in a grand ceremony under the leadership of PM Modi. As the second anniversary of Pran Pratishtha approaches, a representative of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust said that around five to six lakh devotees are expected to come to Ayodhya for the darshan of Ram Lalla.
