Agra. Tajnagari is going to get a new dimension on 7th April. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will perform Bhoomi Pujan and lay the foundation stone of ‘Greater Agra’ scheme for the people of Agra. The total cost of this ambitious plan is Rs 5142 crore, and it is going to completely change the future of the city.

The dream of modern city will come true

Under the plan, a state-of-the-art township will be developed in 449 hectare area of ​​Raipur and Rahan Kalan. This township will have wide roads, parks full of greenery, uninterrupted electricity-water facilities and all modern facilities. The residential and urban character of the city will get a completely new identity.

Other projects also inaugurated

The Chief Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of not only the township but also other development projects worth crores of rupees of various departments of Agra. On this occasion, he will also address a grand public meeting and share the outline of the plans with the city residents.

On the same day, the Chief Minister will also attend the 452nd birth anniversary festival of Shrimad Jagatguru Dwaracharya Shri Maluknath Ji Maharaj in Vrindavan and will remain in the festival for about an hour. Experts say that the ‘Greater Agra’ plan will prove to be a milestone in the direction of prosperity, tourism and modern lifestyle of the city.

Security and preparation complete

Minister in-charge Jaiveer Singh said that every arrangement has been made to make the program historic. The arrangements for security, parking and helipad have been completely improved.
