2 coconuts

250 grams almonds

1 glass milk

½ kg. Sugar

desi ghee

Water

1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Method

– First of all, peel two fresh coconuts and crush them thoroughly in a mixer.

Now boil about one glass of milk and keep it aside.

After this, make syrup by mixing water and sugar.

– To enhance the taste, add one spoon cardamom powder in the syrup.

Now grind 250 grams almonds. After this, heat desi ghee in a pan and add almond powder to it.

You can also add pistachios and cashew powder along with ground coconut to it.

Now fry this mixture well on low flame.

Now add hot milk to it and fry it until the mixture thickens and dries.

– After the milk dries, add syrup to this mixture and cook it.

After this, turn off the gas and grease a plate with ghee and then spread this mixture on the plate and cut it into the shape of barfi. Coconut almond barfi is ready.
