Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  3. Press into a pie dish evenly.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  5. Let it cool completely.

  1. In a saucepan, heat milk and coconut milk until warm.
  2. In a bowl, whisk sugar, cornstarch, and egg yolks.
  3. Slowly add warm milk mixture while whisking continuously.
