Looking at mobile or laptop for a long time weakens the eyes. This also affects sleep and increases mental stress. This habit can gradually give rise to lifestyle diseases like migraine, anxiety, insomnia.
Most of the people are not aware about their health due to which they suffer from many diseases before time. Due to lack of regular health checkups, many problems start occurring at an early age.
