Shiv Sena before BMC elections (UBT) Maharashtra politics has heated up over the statement of leader Sanjay Raut. Apart from BJP, its alliance partner Congress raised questions on Sanjay Raut and said that the slogan of Jai Siya Ram is a matter of faith in Maharashtra. Not only this, Congress leader Nana Patole compared Congress MP Rahul Gandhi with Lord Shri Ram and claimed that Rahul Gandhi is doing the work of Lord Shri Ram.
On the other hand, Tej Pratap Yadav, president of Jan Shakti Janata Dal and elder son of Lalu Prasad Yadav, criticized the Congress and said how can a human being be compared with Lord Ram. Let us understand what the whole matter is?
A day earlier, on December 31, in a press conference, Shiv Sena (UBT) Leader Sanjay Raut objected to the Jai Shri Ram slogan. Raut said in his statement, ‘Today someone said that now only the slogan of Jai Shri Ram will be used in Mumbai. We believe that the slogan of Mumbai Jai Maharashtra will work. The only slogan that will work here is Jai Maharashtra, Jai Bhavani – Jai Shivaji. This slogan will run in Mumbai.‘

Jai Siya Ram matter of our faith: Congress
Congress leader Nana Patole reacted to this statement of Sanjay Raut. He compared Rahul Gandhi to Lord Shri Ram and claimed that currently Rahul Gandhi is doing the work of Lord Ram. Nana Patole said,‘What does Sanjay Raut think and what are his beliefs?? I don’t know. Jai Siya Ram is a matter of our faith. This is an issue of our faith in Maharashtra. You can raise whatever slogan you want. What does Sanjay Raut think?? I don’t know.‘
‘Rahul Gandhi is doing the work of Lord Ram’
he adds,‘Our leader Rahul Gandhi is doing the work of Lord Shri Ram only. Lord Shri Ram worked for the exploited, suffering and deprived people. Our leader Rahul Gandhi is doing the same work to provide justice to the people in the entire country. Rajiv Gandhi himself got the lock of Ramlala’s temple opened. It was he who performed the first puja. When our leader Rahul Gandhi goes to Ayodhya, he will have darshan.

Congressmen consider themselves gods: Tej Pratap Yadav
When Tej Pratap Yadav was asked a question related to comparing Rahul Gandhi with Lord Ram, he said, Ram ji is God. How can any human being compare with God? Congress people consider themselves to be gods, whereas these people are not. No one can compare with Lord Ram, Krishna and Shiva.
