Congress attacks on relief to Sonia and Rahul in National Herald case – demands resignation from PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah
New Delhi, 17 December. After Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi got relief from a Delhi court in the National Herald case, Congress has raised a hue and cry against the Modi government. In this sequence, the party has demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah in a press conference convened in the national capital on Wednesday.
Kharge said – will teach them a lesson
Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge said in the press conference, ‘We will continue to fight them both inside and outside the Parliament and teach them a lesson.’ It is noteworthy that on Tuesday, a Delhi court has given major relief to Congress MPs Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi and five other people in the National Herald case. The court refused to take cognizance of the ED charge sheet on the grounds that the agency’s investigation was based on a personal complaint and not an FIR.
,This decision is a slap on the face of Modi and Shah,
On the relief his top leaders got from the court in this case, Kharge said, ‘I want to say that after this decision, Modi and Shah should resign because it is a slap on their faces. He should resign, so that he cannot harass people like this.

Kharge, leader of opposition in the Rajya Sabha, said, ‘They should know that if they do this kind of thing, people will not tolerate it. Even when the investigating agencies had summoned the top leadership of his party, he fought a political battle by taking out a march on this issue. He said, ‘We are fighting him on the streets, in Parliament, outside and will continue to do so and teach them a lesson.’
,Congress workers will show their strength all over India,
This press conference was also addressed by Congress leaders KC Venugopal, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, Jairam Ramesh and Pawan Kheda. Venugopal said that Congress will expose the ‘politics of revenge’ of the Modi government. Every Congress worker is agitated and will show their strength against ‘misuse of agencies’ all over India. On the other hand, Singhvi said that the law has spoken with more noise than noise and described the National Herald case as a story of political vendetta and harassment.

The court has refused to take cognizance of the ED charge sheet in the National Herald case. This is a crushing defeat of BJP’s political conspiracy that has been going on for many years.

Sonia and Rahul got relief because
Earlier on Tuesday, Special Judge Vishal Gogane said in his judgment that taking cognizance of the money laundering charge sheet of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is ‘wrong in law’. According to the judge, the investigation agency’s complaint was based on the complaint of a private person (Subramaniam Swamy) and not on any FIR related to any crime.
