Budget focus on North East

Let us tell you that in the budget, special attention has been given to making the North East economically self-reliant. This time Assam will get about Rs 50 thousand crore in tax share. During the Congress period, Assam used to get only Rs 10 thousand crores, due to which development was halted. Now this amount has increased five times in the BJP government. In the last 11 years, Assam has received more than Rs 5.5 lakh crore from the Center for development works.
