Congress is the party which still speaks Pakistan's language regarding surgical strikes: PM Modi

Jammu Kashmir Elections: While addressing the election rally in Jammu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi fiercely targeted Congress, PDP and National Conference. He said, this meeting in Jammu is my last meeting of this assembly elections. I have had the opportunity to visit different parts of Jammu and Kashmir in the last weeks. Wherever I go, there is unprecedented enthusiasm about BJP.

He said, the people of Jammu and Kashmir are troubled by the three dynasties of Congress, NC and PDP. People do not want the same system in which there is corruption and discrimination in jobs. The people of Jammu and Kashmir no longer want terror, separatism and bloodshed. The people here want peace. The heavy voting in the last two phases has revealed the mood of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. There has been tremendous voting in favor of BJP in both the phases. Now it is certain that BJP will form its first government here with full majority.

For the people of Jammu region, such an opportunity has never come before in history, which has come in this election. Now for the first time, a government is going to be formed as per the wishes of the people of Jammu region. You don't have to miss this opportunity. Because the BJP government formed here will remove your pain. In the past decades, only Congress, NC and PDP leaders and their families flourished here. Only destruction has come to you. The Congress Party is the biggest responsible for the destruction that our generations have suffered. Since independence, the wrong policies of Congress have brought you only destruction.

PM said, a large part of Jammu is adjacent to the border. You remember that time when shells were being fired from across the border every day and breaking news was running in the media every day that 'ceasefire violation has happened once again'. Bullets were fired from there and Congress people used to show white flag. But when the BJP government responded to the bullets with shells, the people there came to their senses. Today is 28th September, surgical strike took place on this night in the year 2016… India had told the world that this is the new India… it kills by entering the house.

Congress is the party which had asked for proof of surgical strike from our army. Congress is the party which even today speaks the language of Pakistan regarding surgical strikes. Can you forgive such Congress? Congress can never respect those who died for the country. Today's Congress is completely under the control of urban Naxalites. When infiltrators from foreign countries come here… Congress likes it. They see their vote bank in them but they make fun of their own people in a crude manner because of their suffering.

Also said, Congress-National Conference and PDP are enemies of the Constitution. They have strangled the spirit of the Constitution. Here in Jammu, many families living here for many generations did not even have the right to vote. He was deprived of this right by Congress, NC and PDP.
