All of them will present Congress's side in JPC. Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) is formed by combining the members of Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha. Know how JPC is formed

JPC will include 21 members of Lok Sabha and 10 members of Rajya Sabha. Lok Sabha has more members than Rajya Sabha. How many members will be there from which party depends on the majority and number of members, that is, if BJP is the largest party in the House, then it has more members and the Chairman of JPC can also be from BJP.

In this JPC, DMK's famous lawyer MP P Wilson can be included in the JPC on behalf of the India Alliance. The SP MP had presented the party's stand on the One Nation One Election Bill. Among other parties, Kalyan Banerjee and Saket Gokhale from TMC can become JPC members.
