basil

Doctors have been advising to consume basil for good health. Tulsi is a medicinal thing present in homes. Tulsi is considered very beneficial in cold and cough, the antioxidant properties present in it increase the body's ability to fight infection. If you consume it, there is no immunity week in it.

Giloy

If you include another medicine Giloy in your diet, then it is good. Here it is also known as Amrita or the root of immortality. These Ayurvedic herbs will help in boosting immunity. The antioxidant properties included in it help in fighting free radicals and also increases immunity.

Ashwagandha

If you have eaten oily food during the festive season, then you can include Ayurvedic herb Ashwagandha in your diet. Consuming Ashwagandha here not only relieves stress and anxiety but it also helps in boosting immunity. It should be taken with milk.

Shilajit
