Consuming these things on an empty stomach can be harmful for health.
New Delhi. Sometimes it happens that we feel very hungry and we start eating whatever is available to us at that time, but doing so can be fatal for you. According to Ayurveda, there are some things which should not be eaten when you feel hungry. Come, let us know what those things are-
Curd
There are many people for whom curd causes harm instead of benefits. In such a situation, one should avoid eating curd on an empty stomach in the morning, otherwise your health may deteriorate.
Guava
Guava is a fruit which gives different results when eaten in different conditions, that is, if you eat guava on an empty stomach in the morning in winter, you may complain of stomach ache. At the same time, if you eat guava on an empty stomach in summer, it gives benefits. In such a situation, you should not eat guava on an empty stomach.
Apple
In winter, eating apple on an empty stomach can increase BP, if you eat apple first thing in the morning i.e. without eating anything, then you may have to face this problem, but in summer you can eat apple on an empty stomach.
Tomato
Tomatoes are hot in nature. You can eat it on an empty stomach during the winter season, but doing so during the summer season may cause burning sensation in the stomach or chest. You should avoid eating tomatoes in the morning.
tea Coffee
One should avoid drinking tea or coffee on an empty stomach. You can take tea or coffee with biscuits, bread, but do not take only tea or coffee on an empty stomach or when you are very hungry, it can cause gas in your stomach.
