Controversy over Singer Udit Narayan’s party, serious allegations from his first wife and social media reaction

New Delhi. Udit Narayan, known for his melodious voice in the field of singing, is embroiled in controversies these days. Recently, a video of his has gone viral on social media in which he is seen partying with his friend Abhijeet Bhattacharya and other friends. In the video, music composer Jatin Pandit is also with Udit and Udit is singing, drinking and having fun in the video.

The video was shot by Abhijeet’s son Jai on the occasion of his father’s birthday celebrations. However, after the video went viral on social media, many people started trolling Udit Narayan. The main reason for the controversy was that Ganesh ji’s photo was also visible during the party. Many people commented that it is not appropriate to do all this in front of Ganesh ji’s photo. Some wrote that it is okay to celebrate the birthday but they should have put a curtain in front of the photo.

Also, his first wife Ranjana has made serious allegations against Udit Narayan. Ranjana claimed that she was married to Udit Narayan on 7 December 1984. In 1985, Udit came to Mumbai to pursue a career and later married another woman, Deepa Narayan. Ranjana told that during her medical treatment in 1996, her uterus was removed because of Udit and his brothers Sanjay Kumar Jha and Lalit Narayan. This operation took place in Delhi and Ranjana claims that it was done without her permission. Later he came to know about it during the health checkup.

While talking to the media, Ranjana says that Udit Narayan always keeps making promises but does not keep them. She said that she has not taken any action till date and she went to the Women Police Station to get justice. Ranjana told that she is unwell and needs support but Udit is neither saying nor doing anything.

Ranjana also claims that when she came to Mumbai in 2006, she was abused and thrown out of the house and was not allowed to enter the house. After this she went to her in-laws’ house in Nepal but there too she had to face humiliation.

After all these incidents and the video went viral, Udit Narayan’s name has come into controversy. While on one hand there is trolling and criticism on social media, on the other hand the allegations of the first wife have made the matter more serious. The industry and fans are currently giving their respective reactions to this news and the video is going viral rapidly.
