Court Recruitment: Official notification has been issued by District and Sessions Judge, Rohtak for recruitment to the posts of Clerk and Stenographer Grade-III (English) in Hisar Court. Under this recruitment process, eligible and interested candidates can apply through offline medium. Applications can be submitted by post or in person at the office.

Important dates of application

The application process for Rohtak Court Recruitment 2026 has started from 31 January 2026. Candidates must submit their application form by 19th February 2026. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.

No application fee will be charged from any category of candidates in this recruitment process. General, OBC, EBC (Creamy Layer), SC, ST, OBC/EBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and Disabled candidates can all apply free of cost.

age limit

The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 42 years.
Age relaxation will be given to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/PH) as per Haryana Government rules.

Educational qualification

For the post of Clerk, the candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university.
For the post of Stenographer Grade-III (English), it is mandatory to have graduation with knowledge of stenography.

After this, take a print out of the application form and fill it carefully. Attach all the required documents along with the filled application form.

The envelope containing the application form will be superscribed with “Application for Recruitment of …………….” Write clearly.

After this, send the application form to the District and Sessions Judge, Sessions Court, Rohtak – 124001 or submit it yourself.

selection process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination. This will be followed by skill test, document verification and finally medical examination.
