46 year old patient dies of Corona: 5 positive cases found in Cuddapah and Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh
Cuddapah:The threat of Corona virus seems to be returning once again in the country. A 46-year-old man died of Covid-19 on Wednesday in Cuddapah, Andhra Pradesh. As soon as this news came out, there was a stir in the health department. According to the report of Dainik Bhaskar, the patient was admitted to the famous CMC hospital in Vellore last month, where his corona test report came positive. After this, the doctors tried their best to save him but he died after only four days of treatment.

Areas changed into containment zone, contact tracing started
Confirming this tragic incident, the local health officer said that the patient’s lungs were badly damaged due to corona infection. Immediately after this death, the administration has come into action and as a precaution, the entire area has been converted into a containment zone. Health department teams are now tracing all those people who came in contact with this patient in the last few days to prevent the spread of the infection. Besides, sanitization work has also been started on war footing in the entire area.
How to recognize its symptoms? This is how the body is attacked
If we talk about the symptoms of this new era of corona, then according to the reports of health experts and Dainik Bhaskar, when infected, the patient initially complains of very high fever and continuous dry cough. After this, gradually the patient starts having severe difficulty in breathing and the oxygen level of the body starts falling rapidly.

Due to the effects of this virus, the victim also has to face problems like extreme fatigue, body ache, sore throat and headache. In many cases, there is a direct and so fatal attack on the lungs of the patients that they get completely damaged, due to which the condition of the person becomes very serious.
Alert given to hospitals, details of beds and oxygen sought
After this single death, five more new Corona positive cases have been reported in Cuddapah and neighboring Tirupati district, making the situation more sensitive. In view of this, the Medical Education Director has instructed all the government hospitals of the state to be on high alert. He has immediately sought from all the hospitals complete details of the availability of isolation beds, ICU beds, oxygen supply, ventilators, essential medicines, rapid test kits and ambulances as well as medical staff so that any emergency can be dealt with.

If we look at the figures, about 5.3 lakh deaths due to Covid were officially recorded in India in 2022, but the World Health Organization estimates that this figure was actually around 47 lakh. Similarly, crores of people across the world got affected by it. Experts say that thousands of variants of Corona have emerged so far, of which Alpha, Beta, Delta and Omicron have been the most prominent. Now many new sub-variants of Omicron like JN.1 and XFG are emerging, which are continuously changing their form and making people sick.
