  • 2 cup button mushroom blanched
  • 1 cup Carrot cut up
  • 1 cup French beans cut up
  • 1-2 cup Onion cut up
  • 1 cup veg stock
  • 1/2 spoon crushed red chilli
  • 1/2 spoon coarse black pepper
  • 2 spoon olive oil
  • 2 spoon Cream
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

Step 1: Fry Onions

  • First of all, heat olive oil in a shallow pan. Now add finely chopped onion and fry until it becomes light golden.
