Material
Onion- 250 grams
Mee- 1 bowl
Whole dry red chilli – 3
Cumin- 1 teaspoon
Tomato-2 (chopped)
Curry leaves- 1
Asafoetida – half teaspoon
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Oil- as required
Coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon
Method
Step 1: First prepare the ingredients mentioned above.
Step 2:- Now put oil in a pan and heat it.
Step 3: Fry the onion until light golden.
Step 4:- Then add all the spices and keep stirring continuously and let the spices cook.
Step 5: When aroma starts coming from it, add lemon and green coriander.
Step 6: Make hot sarv malai sabzi with roti.
