There has been a stir in Jamshedpur district of Jharkhand due to one murder after another. Here in Shastri Nagar of Kadma at 10 am on Wednesday, criminal Alok Bhagat alias Munna was shot dead by criminals coming on foot. The criminals fired eight bullets at him from the front, four of which hit Munna.
He was declared dead by the doctors at TMH. Alok was an accused in six cases, the operator of Tiger Club and a supporter of Congress. The police have recovered five shells from the incident spot, all of them belonging to Katta. Among the accused, the names of Chhotu Bacha alias Akash Singh and others have come to light.

The reason behind the murder is said to be Chhotu Bachcha's assault on Alok during Kali Puja immersion. Since then Chhotu was planning to murder Alok. Eight bullets were fired from the pistol: According to the police, at 10 in the morning, Alok was returning home with the bullet after taking flowers for puja. As soon as he reached near Pual Tal Shishu Mandir in Shastri Nagar block number four, the criminals pointed their guns.
They were waiting in ambush in the street near the straw shed. As soon as the first bullet hit him in the stomach, Munna entered a parlor where he was shot eight times one after the other. Three bullets hit Munna in his stomach and chest, one bullet hit him near his head. The accused fled on foot. Other shooters were keeping an eye. In this incident, Munna's body was riddled with bullets and he died on the spot.
