Crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside! Make Tasty Bread Cheese Balls in 15 Minutes

  • 6 bread slices
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • salt as per taste
  • bread crumbs
  • oil for frying

How to make Bread Cheese Balls

Making bread cheese balls is very easy. For this, mash boiled potatoes in a big vessel. Now add grated cheese, green chilli, salt, chilli flakes and oregano and mix well.

This mixture will be used to fill the inside of the balls. If you want, you can also add finely chopped capsicum or sweet corn to it.

Now cut the edges of the bread and soften the slices by applying light water. Keep in mind that the bread should not be too wet, otherwise the balls may break. Spread the bread on the palm and place the prepared stuffing in the middle. Then close the bread from all sides and shape it into a round ball.

Prepare a thin solution of corn flour in a bowl. Now dip the prepared balls in corn flour solution and then wrap them well in bread crumbs. This will make the balls more crunchy after frying.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls on medium flame until they turn golden. Keep in mind that the oil should not be too cold or too hot. Frying at the right temperature makes the balls crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside. Take out the prepared bread cheese balls on tissue paper.
