Crispy Paneer : Crispy Paneer, a snack made from Paneer, is also quite popular. It can be prepared and eaten anytime but if you feel hungry during the day, you can make it quickly. The method of making it is also not very difficult.
Ingredients

Paneer – 250 grams

Corn flour – 5 tsp

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

Chopped green chillies – 2-3

Sugar – 1 tbsp

Chopped capsicum – 2 tablespoons

Red chilli powder – 2 tablespoons

Spring onion leaves – 2 tsp

Tomato sauce – 1 tablespoon

Red chili sauce – 2 tablespoons

Soya sauce – 1 tsp

Shezwan sauce – 2 tbsp

Oil – for frying

Salt – as per taste

Method 1

To make crispy paneer, first take paneer and cut it into long pieces. Now take a bowl and add corn flour and a little salt and mix. After this, prepare a thick batter by adding some water. Now add paneer pieces to this batter and marinate it well. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is heated, add the marinated paneer pieces and fry them. After they turn golden brown, take out the paneer pieces in a plate.

Now take another pan and heat some oil in it. When the oil is hot, add ginger-garlic paste and fry it lightly. Now add chopped green chilies and capsicum and let it cook. After the chilies become soft, add red chili powder and all the sauces including tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chili sauce and mix well. After this, add salt and mix it with a ladle.

When the gravy is fried well, add the already fried paneer pieces and mix them well with the gravy. Now let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Add green onion leaves and some sugar on top. After this turn off the gas. Your delicious crispy paneer is ready. Serve it by putting it in a plate.
