Cyber ​​cafe operator stuck in fake Aadhaar card case in Motihari (East Champaran)

In Motihari (East Champaran), the administration has arrested a cyber cafe operator who was trying to expose the fake Aadhaar card case. Many suspicious documents, copies of Aadhaar cards and computer equipment were seized in the raid.

Secret information was received that Aadhaar cards were being illegally changed and fake documents were being manufactured in a cyber café of the local administration. After confirming the information, a joint squad of the Circle Officer (CO) and the police conducted a raid. During the investigation, several photocopies of Aadhaar cards, suspicious application forms and digital data were seized.

The primary investigation director has come to light that he was allegedly involved in the work of preparing or making corrections in the Aadhaar card based on Chukchi’s information. This would have created the possibility of confusion in the documents related to government scheme and identity card.

The zonal authorities have clarified that any kind of forgery in banana identity cards is a serious crime. He indicated that strict legal action would be taken in such cases. The process of sealing the related cyber caravan has been started.

According to police officials, forensic examination of the seized computers and digital devices will be conducted to determine the number of people whose documents have been tampered with. The investigation is also underway to determine whether someone else is involved in the case.

Local citizens are urged to prepare their documents only at authorized centers and if any suspicious situation is found, they should immediately inform the administration.

Meanwhile, a crime has been registered against the accused and further legal action is underway as per the relevant section. The administration has reiterated that any kind of tampering related to government identity card will be strictly banned.
