Palaash Muchhal who works as a music composer and filmmaker will start his direction work on a Mumbai-based thriller movie which stars Shreyas Talpade and Daisy Shah as its main actors.
The film has generated significant public interest however its official title has not yet been disclosed. The upcoming film will enter production soon which will mark the next stage of Muchhal’s career development as a director.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the casting update on social media on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri.
The female lead role will be played by Daisy according to his confirmation which he made when he announced that she will act alongside Shreyas in the upcoming thriller.
Quoting his post, he wrote, “DAISY SHAH JOINS SHREYAS TALPADE IN PALASH MUCHHAL’S NEXT FILM… On the auspicious occasion of MahaShivratri, director PalaashMuchhal has signed DaisyShah as the female lead opposite ShreyasTalpade for his upcoming, as-yet-untitled thriller. Set against the backdrop of Mumbai, the filming is expected to commence shortly.”
Plot details remain under wraps
The film will take place in contemporary urban areas of Mumbai although its title has not yet been disclosed.
The film has only announced Shreyas Talpade’s role as an ordinary man who becomes involved in a major situation. The filmmakers have not provided any additional information beyond the basic concept which includes details about the story and characters and the release schedule.
Riding high on Ardh and Kaam Chalu Hai
Palaash Muchhal directs his third film project which follows his previous movie Ardh that stars Rajpal Yadav and Rubina Dilaik and his film work is going on which features Rajpal Yadav and Giaa Manek and Kurangi Nagraj.
The director demonstrated his preference for character-cantered storytelling through his two film projects.
