There is a war again in the Middle East. America may attack Iran this week. Two US media reports have claimed so. However, US President Donald Trump has not yet taken a final decision on this matter. If he gives the green signal, America will engage in military conflict with Iran again.
The conflict between the two countries has been going on for the past few months. In the recent past, the US has deployed warships, warplanes and military equipment at sea near Iran. According to US media reports, the US military has already informed the White House that it is ready to launch an attack on Iran over the weekend. For now, they are waiting for Trump’s green signal. According to a senior official of the US government, “It is not yet clear whether Trump will make a decision this week. He is reviewing the whole situation in depth.” Currently, the nuclear deal is also being discussed between Iran and the US. Trump has virtually warned that if Iran does not agree to the deal, there will be no other option but war.
According to the report of flight tracking data, several US warplanes such as F-16, F-22, F-35 have left for various military bases in the Middle East in the last 48 hours. A tanker plane filled with fuel was also seen in the sky with them.
America has already deployed two warships in the Middle East. The aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford has arrived in the Mid-Atlantic out of the Caribbean Islands and is speeding toward its destination. This warship is accompanied by 3 guided missile destroyers, USS Mahan, USS Bainbridge and USS Winston Churchill. Besides, the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln and several warplanes have been deployed there. All in all, informed circles fear that the situation is moving towards war.
