Pakistani digital creator turned actor Dananeer Mobeen, famous for her viral video “Pawri Ho Ri Hai”, has become the center of social media debate following a recent post about her engagement. Known for her acting in popular dramas like Sinf-e-Aahan, Mohabbat Gumshuda Meri, Very Filmy, and Meem Se Muhabbat, Dananeer gained widespread recognition for Meem Se Muhabbat, where her on-screen chemistry with Ahad Raza Mir captivated fans. Many viewers began shipping the duo in real life and speculated about a potential marriage.
Recently, Dananeer took to her Instagram story to address engagement rumors, humorously writing, “Meri mangni kis ke saath ho rahi hai? Mujhe bhi koi bata de. FOMO ho raha hai” (“Who am I getting engaged to? Someone please tell me as well. I’m getting FOMO”). However, her lighthearted post triggered a wave of criticism on social media.
Several fans accused her of seeking attention, particularly due to her perceived closeness with Ahad Raza Mir. Some comments suggested she was trying to fuel speculation about her relationship with him, while others criticized her for seemingly portraying innocence. One user wrote, “Your engagement will be fixed with the one you love to pose and post with,” while another commented, “Poor woman, she is trying to act innocent.”
