Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery actor Daryl McCormack is set to star opposite Dakota Fanning and Stellan Skarsgård in a new untitled Apple TV+ thriller series, as per Deadline.
In the upcoming series from Sony Pictures Television, the All Her Fault star takes on a role of an undercover Treasury agent in a multi-billion dollar international conglomerate, only to find herself torn between her mission and unexpected feelings for its seemingly decent heir.
The 33-year-old Irish actor is reportedly going to portray Kar, the hesitant heir to the global empire, with Stellan starring as its head, Brandt.
The untitled thriller series comes from Alex Cary, who is also serving as an executive producer with others including Julie Gardner for Bad Wolf America, Dakota and Elle Fanning, and Brittany Kahan Ward of Lewellen Pictures (Margo’s Got Money Troubles, The Great).
Kari Skogland will be directing the project and exec producing, with Amy Kaufman.
