David Warner Appointed Aaptain Of Sydney Thunder News In Hindi: Former Australian explosive batsman David Warner has been appointed as the captain of Sydney Thunder for the Big Bash League (BBL) 2024-25. In 2018, Warner was banned from captaincy for life due to ball tampering in the match against South Africa. David Warner has retired from international cricket.
Recently David Warner had appealed against the ban on captaincy. After which the Code of Conduct Commission of Cricket Australia lifted the ban imposed on him. “The respectful and apologetic tone of Warner's responses impressed the review panel and he deeply regrets his conduct,” the review panel said.

It feels great to be back with a 'C' in front of his name now, Warner has previously led the Thunder once in 2011 and scored an unbeaten 102 against the Melbourne Stars.
