DBA demands formation of Human Rights Court Sonbhadra

President of District Bar Association Sonbhadra, Arun Kumar Singh gave a letter to the District and Sessions Judge, District Sonbhadra, demanding that as per the Notification No. A-20/Seven-Justice-8-05-36-G/2000 Lucknow dated 25 May 2005 of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the Additional District Judge Court No. 1 in the district has the authority of a Human Rights Court, but the Additional District Judge Court No. 1 has the status of a Human Rights Court. It is not functioning yet nor is there any separate office related to human rights.

In view of the situation, DBA has demanded to direct the Additional District Judge Court No. 1 to function as a human rights court and to establish a separate office so that the court work can function smoothly. So that human rights violations can be stopped by filing a case related to human rights in the court here! On this occasion, former president Jagjivan Singh Advocate, former senior vice president Pawan Kumar Singh Advocate, senior advocate Rajesh Kumar Yadav, Amit Verma, Titu Prasad Gupta Aid, Arun Kumar Gupta Aid, Adarsh ​​Pandey etc. were present.
