Delhi got 5 runs due to Gill’s mistake

Delhi Capitals batsmen were chasing the target. The team needed 63 runs in 28 balls to win. KL Rahul and Tristan Stubbs were batting. Just then, Gill made a mistake while trying to run out Rahul on Ashok Sharma’s ball. Rahul had reached the crease and the ball hit the stump and went to the boundary. In such a situation, where Delhi would have got only one run, it got 5 runs due to Gill’s over throw. However, later the Gujarat bowlers made a brilliant comeback and won the match.

Nehra’s angry video goes viral

Seeing the runs being scored like this, Gujarat Titans head coach Ashish Nehra looked very angry. He was standing with Ishant Sharma on the other side of the boundary. He shouted at Gill and said something angrily. Its video is becoming increasingly viral on social media and fans are giving their reactions in it.

Delhi team could have won this match but due to a mistake by David Miller, the team had to face defeat. Miller also later regretted his mistake. He played an inning of 41 runs in 20 balls.
