RCB defeated Delhi Capitals by 9 wickets

DC vs RCB: Royal Challengers Bangalore has defeated Delhi Capitals by 9 wickets in the 39th match of IPL 2026. Virat Kohli has made a great record in this match. In this match, Delhi batted first after losing the toss and scored 75 runs losing 10 wickets in 16.3 overs. RCB won the match by 9 wickets by scoring 77 runs in 6.3 overs with 81 balls remaining in the target of 76 runs.

Padikkal played a stormy innings for RCB

The only blow to RCB was in the form of Jacob Bethel. Who was out after scoring 20 runs in 11 balls with 1 four and 2 sixes. After this, Devdutt Padikkal played a stormy innings with 3 fours and 3 sixes in 13 balls. Whereas Virat Kohli scored 23 runs in 15 balls with 2 fours and 1 six and also completed 9000 IPL runs. Kyle Jamieson got the only wicket for Delhi.

Delhi’s Abhishek Porel saved his shame

Abhishek Porel scored the most runs for Delhi Capitals. He scored 30 runs, in which 3 fours came from his bat. Apart from him, David Miller scored 19 runs and Kyle Jamieson scored 12 runs. In this match, 3 batsmen of Delhi Capitals returned to the pavilion with a score of zero, while 2 batsmen could score only 1-1 runs. At one time the DC team had lost 6 wickets for just 8 runs.

Who took how many wickets for RCB?

For RCB, Jose Hazlewood took 4 wickets and Bhuneshwar Kumar took 3 wickets. Apart from these two, Rasikh Salam, Krunal Pandya and Suyyash Sharma took 1 wicket each for Royal Challengers Bangalore.
