Dead youth who went to fill SIR form came alive, wife had put up death certificate

Be careful.A case has come to light in Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh which gives goosebumps. A man was declared dead by his wife despite being alive. Reason? Taking possession of land worth around Rs 2 crore. The victim has appealed to the police, “Sir, I am alive… the wife along with her lover got the death certificate made. Save me from these executioners!”

The victim is a resident of Sambhal. His wife had an illicit relationship with her lover. Both of them conspired together and got a death certificate made by showing the person as dead in the government documents. After this an attempt was made to transfer the land to one’s name. The price of the land is said to be around Rs 2 crore.

This incident happened in Sambhal district. The death certificate was made recently, but the conspiracy was going on for some time. When the victim got wind of this, he approached the police and told the whole story. At present the case has been registered in Sambhal police station.

Everything happened due to greed for land. The wife and her lover together wanted to grab the victim’s property. To hide the relationship with the lover and to take complete control of the land, they killed the person on paper only. In such a situation, the wife could easily get the property transferred to her name by becoming a widow. But with the victim being alive, the entire conspiracy got ruined.

The wife got fake documents prepared with the help of her lover. The death certificate was issued with the connivance of some people at the local level. But when the victim came to know that there was danger on his land, he himself reached the police station. He showed proof of his identity and lodged a complaint.

Police has started the investigation of the matter. The search is on for the lover and wife. If the allegations are proved then both may face strict punishment. Action will also be taken against those making fake documents. The victim said, “I am alive, but these people wanted to kill me and take the land. Police should save me.”

After this incident it has become a topic of discussion in entire Sambhal. Local people are shocked that relations can fall so low. A neighbor said, “We had heard of fights between husband and wife, but had not thought of this conspiracy. An attempt to kill for land!”

Sambhal police said that the matter is serious. The fake death certificate is being investigated. The accused will be caught soon. The SP said, “There is zero tolerance in such cases. No one is allowed to grab property.”

This incident once again shows how much greed blinds a person. The victim is now safe, but the threat to his life is not completely over yet. The truth will be revealed to everyone after the investigation is completed.
