Deepika Padukone arrives to watch Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar’, shares pictures
Mumbai Bolly actress Deepika Padukone has praised Ranveer Singh and his film ‘Stalwart’ as the film is performing better than expectations at the box office. Deepika Padukone is on date night today and is enjoying Dhurandhar. She has shared many pictures and is feeling proud of her husband Ranveer Singh.

She has shared a heart-touching review of her husband Ranveer Singh’s new film ‘Dhurandhar’, in which she has praised not only Ranveer but the entire team. His support has come at a time when the film has gained momentum at the box office after a slow start.
Sharing the poster of ‘Dhurandhar’ on her Insta story, Deepika Padukone wrote, “Watched Dhurandhar and it is worth every minute of 3.36 hours. So do yourself a favor and go to the theater now!”
Expressing pride in her husband, Deepika Padukone wrote, “So proud of you, Ranveer Singh.” And also added a kiss emoji along with it. The actress also congratulated the entire cast and crew of the film for its release.
Apart from this, Deepika Padukone shared the Indian tricolor emoji and wrote ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’. With this he wrote the hashtag Dhurandhar. Along with this he shared many of his pictures.

‘Dhurandhar’ released across 5,000 screens in India, where only 16% occupancy was recorded in the early morning shows. But due to positive word of mouth, the occupancy in the afternoon show reached more than 28%.
By 6 pm, the film had collected a net collection of Rs 17.44 crore, which was more than the initial trade estimate of Rs 15-18 crore. Now trade analysts believe that the film can cross the Rs 20 crore nett mark on the first day.
The story of the film ‘Dhurandhar’ revolves around Intelligence Bureau Chief Ajay Sanyal (R. Madhavan), who sets out on a high-stakes mission to dismantle a terrorist network in Pakistan. Ranveer Singh plays the character of a 20-year-old Punjabi boy, who is taken out of jail and trained to infiltrate the underworld of Karachi.
The shooting of the film took place between July 2024 and October 2025 in Thailand, Mumbai, Punjab and Ladakh. Its duration is 214 minutes, making it one of India’s longest theatrically released films. CBFC has given it an ‘A’ certificate because it talks about IC-814 Kandahar hijacking, 2001 Parliament attack and Operation Liari. Its second part was announced at the end of the film. ‘Dhurandhar 2’ will be released on 19 March 2026.
