Deepika Padukone shared her first post on Instagram after returning home with her newborn

And meanwhile, the new mommy finally took some time out and shared her first post on social media since bringing her daughter home.Deepika, who had been missing on Instagram ever since she was discharged from the hospital with her newborn, surprised her fans on Monday morning as she shared a relatable video on her handle. She shared a fun video in which a woman showed what it would look like if adults ate like newborn babies.

In February this year, Deepika and Ranveer had announced that they are all set to welcome their first child. On September 8, the couple was blessed with a baby girl at HN Reliance Hospital in Mumbai and netizens showered them with love and blessings. “Laxmi aayi hai!” fans and friends exclaimed while announcing the birth of their little one. Shah Rukh Khan and the Ambani family were also spotted at the hospital to meet the new parents and their baby.

On September 15, Deepika was finally discharged from the hospital and pictures of the new parents holding their baby went viral on the internet. Deepika and Ranveer have requested the paparazzi not to take pictures of their baby unless they give them permission and they have also decided not to hire a nanny for the baby.
