Army is now going to get Loiter Munition System
Under this deal, many important proposals for the army have been approved. The Army is now going to get Loiter Munition System, which will help in precise attack on important enemy targets. Apart from this, low-level light weight radar will identify and track small and low altitude flying drones and UAVs of enemies.
At the same time, the Long Range Guided Rocket for the Pinaka Rocket System will increase the range and accuracy of Pinaka, so that high value targets can be hit from a distance. Also, with the help of Integrated Drone Detection and Interdiction System Mk-II, the Army will protect important assets of the Army in border areas and interior areas from drone attacks.
These proposals for the Navy were approved
The proposals approved for the Navy in this deal will include equipment like Bollard Pull (BP) tugs. After its inclusion in the Navy, it will help in bringing ships and submarines to port and maneuvering in limited space. Apart from this, High Frequency Software Defined Radio (HF SDR) will strengthen secure and long distance communication during boarding and landing operations. These high-altitude, long-range drones from HALE Drones (on lease) will strengthen persistent surveillance, intelligence and maritime security in the Indian Ocean region.
Air Force will get automatic take-off and landing recording system
Similarly, there is a lot for the Air Force also. After this deal, the Air Force will now get an automatic take-off and landing recording system, with the help of which high definition recording of take-off and landing in every weather will increase flight safety. The Air Force will also get Astra Mk-2 missile. It is capable of shooting down enemy aircraft from a distance with greater range.
If we talk about full mission simulator for Tejas fighter jet, then after getting it, training of pilots will be done safely and at low cost. Similarly, the Air Force will also get Spice-1000 guidance kit. The power of the Air Force to carry out precise attacks from long distances will further increase.
