Dehradun SP Pramod Kumar said that around 7 am on Monday morning, Rajpur police station received information about a dispute over overtaking between two vehicles in Johri village. Initial information revealed that people traveling in one vehicle started firing at the other vehicle moving ahead. Meanwhile, a person who was out on a morning walk was shot and was immediately taken to the hospital. The person died during treatment.

Search for the accused started
SP Pramod Kumar said that after the incident, the police have blocked all the police station areas including rural areas.
