Delhi Assembly Elections 2025: Now Mahendra Chaudhary will contest from Mehrauli, AAP candidate Naresh Yadav refuses to contest elections.

New Delhi. MLA from Mehrauli seat in Delhi Assembly and AAP candidate Naresh Yadav has refused to contest the elections on Friday. Naresh Yadav posted on social media that twelve years ago he had joined Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) inspired by Arvind Kejriwal's politics of honesty. The party has given him a lot. Naresh Yadav further said that today after meeting Arvind Kejriwal, I told him that I will not contest elections until I am acquitted by the court.

After Naresh Yadav refused to contest the elections, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) fielded Mahendra Chaudhary from Mehrauli for the Delhi Assembly elections (2025 Delhi Assembly Elections 2025).
