This time we will have to wait for the decision of the people of Delhi. Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Abdullah said that the alliance is not limited to contesting elections only. Abdullah told reporters in Jammu that as far as alliances are concerned, alliances are in everything and it is not limited to just contesting elections. The alliance is to strengthen the country and remove this hatred from our country. Those who think it was just for parliamentary elections. They should come out of this misunderstanding.

Delhi Assembly Elections will be held in a single phase on 5 February and counting of votes will take place on 8 February. The last date for filing nomination is January 17. The date of scrutiny of nominations is January 18. Whereas the last date for withdrawal of candidature is January 20. The Congress, which has been in power in Delhi for 15 consecutive years, has suffered a setback in the last two assembly elections and has failed to win even a single seat.
