Delhi Blast: Massive explosion near CRPF school in Rohini, Delhi; Shop and car glass broken

Delhi Blast: The news of a massive explosion has come to light in Prashant Vihar area of ​​Rohini district of Delhi on Sunday (20 October). The blast occurred near the wall of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) school. After which a big cloud of smoke was visible in the sky. There is an atmosphere of panic among the people of the area after this incident. There is no news of any casualty yet.

According to Delhi Fire Service Department, a blast was reported outside the CRPF School in Prashant Vihar area of ​​Rohini at around 7:50 am. After which two fire engines were immediately sent to the spot. However, no fire or damage to the wall has been reported so far. The team is continuously conducting search operations in the area. The SHO along with the police team immediately reached the spot, where the school wall was found damaged and foul smell was emanating. The glasses of a nearby shop and a car parked near the shop were also found damaged. However, there were no casualties.

Rohini DCP Amit Goyal said that experts have been called to find out the cause of the blast. At present it is not clear what type of explosion it was and what is its source. Only the experts team will be able to give detailed information about the situation. Crime Branch Special Cell Special staff are all going to the spot. Crime team, FSL team and bomb disposal squad have been called on the spot. The crime scene has been cordoned off. Fire brigade team is on the spot. The causes of the explosion are being looked into.
