CM Rekha Gupta honored the candidates who passed the UPSC exam, said – the role of youth is important in nation building.

UPSC Achievers Felicitation Ceremony 2026: Delhi CM Rekha Gupta honored the successful candidates of Civil Services Examination at the ‘Pride of Delhi – UPSC Achievers Felicitation Ceremony 2026’. Rekha Gupta felicitated 56 candidates who qualified the UPSC Civil Services Examination. He appreciated his hard work, determination and sacrifice for his family. During this, the Chief Minister called upon the youth to give priority to public service and play an important role in nation building, so that justice and development can be ensured till the last person of the society.

‘Pride of Delhi: UPSC Achievers Congratulation Ceremony 2026’ was organized for the first time by the Delhi Government in collaboration with the Revenue Department at the Chief Minister Janseva Sadan.

Addressing the ceremony, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta praised the tireless hard work and steadfast determination of the candidates. He said that the success of these youth has brought pride not only to their families but to the entire Delhi. He emphasized that this success is a reflection of the vibrant culture of Delhi full of possibilities and opportunities, which not only gives direction to the big dreams of the youth but also provides a strong platform to realize them.

Pledge of nation building and public service

Discussing the future challenges and responsibilities, the Chief Minister expressed confidence that these new officers will discharge their duties with full sensitivity and dedication. He called upon the youth to make public service their primary goal and play an important role in nation building. The Chief Minister expressed hope that the working style of these officers will ensure access of justice and development to the last person of the society.
