Many important issues were discussed in this meeting regarding Delhi Assembly elections. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also participated in this meeting. During this, Prime Minister Modi said that people's inclination towards Bharatiya Janata Party is increasing in the capital Delhi, but the party will have to make more efforts to win the elections.

In the CEC meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said a lot about former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal. Modi said that BJP will have to bring the reality of Aam Aadmi Party and its leaders before the public, and he said that the lies of Arvind Kejriwal will have to be exposed.
Names of 29 candidates have been declared in the first list of BJP, now the party is busy in making the second list of 41 candidates. BJP has fielded Pravesh Verma from New Delhi and Ramesh Bidhuri from Kalka. Pravesh Verma will face AAP convenor Kejriwal and Congress candidate Sandeep Dixit, while Bidhuri will face CM Atishi and Alka Lamba.

Last date for nomination is 17th January.
Candidates will be able to withdraw their nomination till January 20.
Voting will take place in Delhi on 5 February.
Election results will be declared on 8 February.
