Delhi government launches ‘CM Jan Suni App’, now file e-district and other complaints sitting at home, complaints will be resolved in 15 days
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has launched a new ‘CM Public Hearing Portal’ and mobile app for speedy and transparent resolution of public complaints. Now citizens will be able to file complaints from their mobile or computer while sitting at home. The progress of the complaint can also be tracked through the portal and app, which will increase transparency. The government says that with this people will not need to visit offices and the problem will be resolved quickly. The process of filing a complaint in the app and portal is simple and user-friendly. This initiative is being considered a big step towards making the government grievance redressal system in the capital digital and citizen-centric.
Many types of facilities will be available
Through this portal and app, people will be able to easily register their problems related to e-district services. Apart from this, complaints related to EWS (Lower Income Group), DG (Disabled) and CWSN (Children with Special Needs) can also be filed online. After filing the complaint, people will be able to track the progress from their mobile or computer, which will ensure transparency.
The portal has been linked to the Digital Seva Portal, so that citizens do not have to visit different government offices and most of the government services are available on a single platform in a simple and quick manner. The government has said that every complaint will be resolved within 15 days. The complainant will get updates on his mobile only, due to which there will be no need to inquire again and again.
