What did IndiGo CEO and officials say in response?

DGCA said IndiGo sent the reply at 6:01 pm on December 8, which was signed by CEO Albers and Accountable Manager Porqueras. “He is extremely regretful and deeply regrets the inconvenience caused to customers,” he wrote in response to the notice. The airline attributed the disruption to the combined effect of a number of factors that operated as an unfortunate and unexpected coincidence. They are being investigated.

The DGCA manual has a response period of 15 days for show cause notices and more time has been sought to submit a complete root cause analysis (RCA), upon completion of which it will be shared.’ In such a situation, now Indigo can be given more time for a detailed reply.

Number of passengers increased at Delhi railway stations
