2. Flood protection wall will be built to protect Delhi from Yamuna floods.

The Rekha government has decided to eliminate the threat of floods that comes every year in Delhi. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said that the Delhi government has given the green signal to the construction of a wall to protect Yamuna from floods. Under this project, a strong security wall of about 4.72 km long will be built from Majnu Ka Tila to Old Railway Bridge (ORB) along the Ring Road. The Chief Minister has expressed hope that this wall will be completed before the Yamuna floods next year.

Central investigating agency CBI has taken major action in the Builder-Bank Tie-Up case. CBI has raided 77 places in eight states. On April 14, CBI conducted searches at 77 places in eight states in the builder-financial institution nexus case. The investigating agency took this action in Delhi, Chennai, Puducherry, Bengaluru and other places.
