The shooter was active in Goldie Brar and Rohit Godara gang.

Police investigation has revealed that Vikas was actively working for Rohit Godara and Goldie Brar gang. In the year 2023, he had provided flats to 10 shooters of Goldie Brar gang. His role in the conspiracy to murder gangster Kaushal Chaudhary in the court premises also came to light.

Police said that Vikas was lodged in Jaipur’s Central Jail. During this time, he came in contact with notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. After coming out of jail, he again became active in the world of crime. He then joined the Goldie Brar-Rohit Godara gang. Vikas is also accused of being involved in the conspiracy of firing in a club in Delhi.
