Delhi Police registered a First Information Report (FIR) on Monday following allegations from two women from the North-East region that they were molested, assaulted, catcalled, and physically attacked by a group of men outside a club in the Nehru Place area of the national capital.

The FIR, filed at Kalka Ji police station, states the incident occurred around 6:30 am on May 10 outside a club in Nehru Place. The complainants reported that while having tea outside the club, two boys began catcalling them. This was soon followed by more individuals joining in, provoking a fight and physically assaulting the women.

According to the FIR, one of the women was molested and had her clothes torn during the incident. The complaint also alleges the accused used racist slurs and inappropriate language, and that one woman was attacked with a bamboo stick while attempting to escape.
