What is walking pneumonia?
A bacteria called Mycoplasma pneumoniae causes walking pneumonia, which can be a mild but sometimes serious infection. This can be detected through normal checkup of the body or X-ray.

What are the symptoms?
A person who has walking pneumonia may complain of fever, sore throat and cough, as well as some difficulty in breathing. The AQI was 373 and the air quality in the “very poor” category at 9 out of 38 monitoring centers in Delhi, while the minimum temperature was 11.3 degrees Celsius.
According to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) data, these centers are Anand Vihar, Bawana, Jahangirpuri, Mundka, Nehru Nagar, Shadipur, Sonia Vihar, Vivek Vihar and Wazirpur. AQI of 400 or more is in the serious category and can pose a serious threat to health.
Delhi's air quality crossed the severe category for the first time on Sunday, following which Phase 4 restrictions were imposed under the Graded Response Action Plan (GAP) on Monday morning. These measures include a complete ban on construction and demolition activities, closure of schools and strict restrictions on vehicles.
