Delhi's air still remains poisonous, AQI crosses 600 in Mundka
Delhi Air Pollution: The air quality index in the national capital Delhi still remains very poor. Meanwhile, on Saturday the AQI of the capital reached near 600. According to AQICN data, the highest air quality index was recorded at 521 in Anand Vihar, Delhi at around 7.30 am on Saturday morning. Whereas during this period the air quality index in Noida Sector 125 was recorded at 184.
Let us tell you that since Diwali, the air of Delhi and its surrounding cities has remained poisonous. However, the air quality index has improved in the last few days. But on Saturday it once again registered an increase. With this, it was recorded in 'very poor' category for the sixth consecutive day on Saturday.

Friday morning was the coldest of this season
Cold has started in North India and now the mercury has started falling in the plains as well. Meanwhile, Friday morning was the coldest of this season. During this period the temperature was recorded at 9.5 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature on Friday morning was recorded one degree below normal. Which was the lowest temperature so far this season.

The second coldest morning of this season was on Thursday. Then the temperature was recorded at 10.1 degrees Celsius. The temperature on November 21 was 10.2 degrees Celsius, which was the third coldest morning of this season. According to the data of Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the overall air quality index of Delhi was recorded at 331 yesterday i.e. on Friday.
Where and how much AQI was recorded on Saturday morning?
The highest AQI of 604 was recorded in Mundka, Delhi on Saturday morning. Whereas 521 in Anand Vihar, 348 in Wazirpur, 315 in Ashok Vihar, 167 in Civil Science, 386 in ITI Jahangirpuri, 236 in Pusa, 350 in Shahdara, 302 in Sonia Vihar, 298 in RK Puram, 184 in Sector 125 Noida, in sector 116 noida 253 while the air quality index in Sanjay Nagar of Ghaziabad was recorded at 153.

Let us tell you that on Thursday the air quality index of Delhi was recorded at 325. In which there was a decline of 6 points within 24 hours. On Friday, two of the 37 monitoring stations in the national capital recorded AQI above 400, which was in the severe category. During this period, air quality index was recorded at 416 in Bawana and 402 in Mundka.
