Zomato delivery boy did not get the full amount for the order, the customer said – there is no change; video viral
Delivery Issue: An emotional video is going viral on social media, in which a Zomato delivery boy is seen raising questions on the behavior of the customer. This case is being reported from Sainik Farm, a posh area of Delhi.
At the beginning of the video, the delivery boy shows the mobile app and tells that the total amount of the order was Rs 883. He points towards the big bungalows and says that he had come here to deliver the order, but the customer did not pay the full amount. The customer said “there is no change” and handed him less money and went away.

It is not a matter of 1 or 2 rupees, but of thinking
The delivery boy counts in the video and shows that he was given one Rs 500 note, three Rs 100 notes, one Rs 50 note, two Rs 10 notes and some Re 1 coins. Despite this the full amount is not made. He says very emotionally that it is not a matter of 1 or 2 rupees, but of thinking.
His question is why should the delivery boy give even a single rupee from his pocket? He says that people living in such big bungalows must have 5 or 10 rupee notes, but still the money is taken out from the pockets of the poor. With this pain he taunts, “Where does such miserliness come from, that is why such big mansions and bungalows are built.”

Bungalows should not be big, hearts should be big
This video has been posted on Instagram by a user named @shani_dev42. He has also shared his life story. The user told that he had set out on a bicycle journey to Char Dham and 12 Jyotirlingas, but after the death of his father his journey remained incomplete. Under compulsion he had to work as a delivery boy.
He is working hard, enduring rain, sun, cold and fatigue, so that he can start his journey again. This reel, posted on December 21, has been viewed by more than 21 lakh people so far. In the comment section, people are writing that “the bungalow should not be big, the heart should be big” and it is important to behave humanely with the delivery boy.
